Sattler, SS-Nr. 19474 appears in the 09 November 1944
SS-Officer ranklist as an SS-Oberführer assigned as
Chief of the Race and Resettlement Section on the
staff of the Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler. The
ranklist further indicates that Herr Sattler was promoted
to Oberführer on 20 April 1935 and was a recipient
of the SS Honor sword and Totenkopf ring. He had been
awarded the 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class, 1914-1918 Cross
of Honor w/Swords, 1914-1918 Wound badge in gold,
1939 Spange to the 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class, and
the War Merit Cross 1st Class w/Swords.
