Imperial M-89 Infantry Officer Degen. "Z" inside shield (Clemen und Jung) TM. Gilted brass hilt fittings show surface wear with much gilting remaining to portions of hilt, knuckle-bow and folding handguard with Imperial eagle. Black, Bakelite grip is perfect with no cracks or chips with Imperial cypher properly pinned to obverse. Grip is complete with twisted triple silver wire wrap and is complete with finger loop. Plated, double- fullered blade measuring 30" in length shows very minor surface wear with a few very shallow nicks to cutting edge. Reverse ricasso is stamped with, "H" and is complete with red felt blade buffer pad. Dent-free steel scabbard retains approximately 90% of its original black enamel which shows surface wear and crazing. Scabbard is complete with suspension band but is missing suspension ring.
