Sharkskin grip is very nice and has wire wrap intact. Obverse langet features crossed swords, lances and oak leaves. Beautiful double-engraved blade features a presentation on obverse within a panel, "Adolf Hering/Maria Steinmeier". Below that is "Konigspaar 1926/1927". Reverse blade has crossed rifles with a bull's eye surrounded by oak leaves and a beautiful floral engraving. Scabbard is dent- free but does appear to have been repainted.
